Prof. Hall Discusses Green Criminological Approaches to E-Waste at United Nations University Event in Limerick

Professor Matthew Hall was invited to visit the University of Limerick in Ireland this month to deliver a keynote address on Green Criminology to the United National University's 6th E-Waste Academy Event. Matthew discussed and answered questions on a range of issues related to the design and enforcement of environmental law and environmental sanctioning regimes as they relate to the processing and trafficking of electronic waste. In attendance were academics from the physical and social sciences as well as representatives of the third sector, NGOs and spokespeople from the electronics industry, Dell Computers, the European Recycling Platform and the Irish Environmental Protection Agency.
